Farringdon Village Hall Q&A

Q.  Can I join the Farringdon Village Hall Charitable Incorporated Organisation as a member?

A. Yes, if you are resident in Farringdon and support the provision of a Village Hall for Farringdon all you need to do is complete the form and return it to the address stated on it.  The form contains your agreement to pay £1 only if the Trust goes into liquidation. All your contact details are needed – normally information will be sent out by email.  A phone number is only needed in case it’s necessary to contact you at short notice.  Reminder - it costs nothing to join.

Q.  Who is eligible to stand for election as a Trustee of Farringdon Village Hall?

A.  Any adult member of the CIO living at an address in Farringdon/the area of benefit can stand for election but they must support the aims of the Trust which means being able to demonstrate support for the provision of a village hall for Farringdon. The election will take place at a meeting in a village hall near Farringdon.

Q.  What would being a Trustee of Farringdon Village Hall involve?
